Thanks in advance for your knowledge & opinions. I'm in the market for a new printer/copier/scanner. We will be using it for normal household stuff, too. But, I NEED one that I can print my photos on photo paper & receive comprable quality to having Walmart print them. I'd really like it to print at least to 8X10. I'm planning on starting digital scrapping soon & would love to print my own pages. I want to be able to insert my memory card from my camera & crop or edit or change to B&W from the printer itself. And those functions need to be really user friendly. If it is too difficult, I won't use those features. I'd prefer the each color of ink to be a seperate cartridge, but not mandatory. And nothing over $300. Thank you so much.

Common People...I need your help or expert advice. Even if its just a brand of printer you like. Let me know the best & worst thing about yours.

I only have HP printers and and I try to get them that use some of the same cartridges. I have one of the Office Jet ones that does scanning and then a Photosmart that is wireless and on my network so I can print from anywhere in my house (or on my porch). My favorite though is one of the small HP photo printers. I use it for 4x6 and 5x7 photos and I put cardstock and vellum through it for journaling and to print out font letters for my scrapping. It is portable and I have taken it on vacations for the kids to scrap while we are traveling on long road trips.

Can't help ya, sorry.
I have an epson for regular stuff. It says it can print pics and I have but they are not picture quality. I do have one of those little ones you hook up to your camera, it's ok. I use it for circle journals so I can print pics quickly.

That's so funny. The two I've looked into were HP & Epson. Thank you for your opinions.
