Does everyone print their journals on? Cardstock? I need to print front and back, and was just wondering what everyone uses. Thanks!!!

I was also wondering the same thing. Want something that will hold up to a 6 and 9 yr old DS's. Thanks for any advise.

i just printed out a few pages, i used cardstock 65lb you can use 67lb also its a much tougher page but 65 works just as good.
Good luck!!!

Well, I did buy cardstock, but it was the 110#, so hopefully that'll hold! It came with 250 sheets at office depot for $15, not too bad, I guess. Hopefully it'll work!! I'll let you know as soon as I try it!

So how did it work?

Sorry, haven't been on the boards in a while...they worked GREAT!! I didn't get all the pages done, ran out of ink, so as soon as I get more ink, I'll be finishing them up, I still don't have the covers, but those will come soon! I would recommend the heavier card stock, the ink didn't bleed thru or anything, and the patterns i'm using are basically ALL covered! Gool luck with yours!

Mustangmom, use the heavier card stock, and use donatalie's journal pages, if you have the time and money, it might be cheaper to upload them to staples and have them print them, I used about 5 sets of ink!! BUT, is is definedly worth it, cause they turned out AWESOME!! I also cut a page of the card stock in half, and made pockets, got that idea from another thread, start early!! I made 5 journals, so it might not be as bad if you only make one. Good luck, let me know how it goes for ya!
