What kind of glue to use?

Okay, you guys always know everything about everything.

DS wants to glue PAPER drawing onto his PLASTIC kitchen chair, (which we have agreed to let him do, it's a $6. IKEA chair),

What kind of glue will best adhere paper onto plastic??
