What is your 'must do' WDW restaurant?

We really enjoy Kona Cafe. We make an entire meal out of the appetizers and the Hawaiian bread.:)

Must-do restaurants:
Tusker House dinner
Crystal Palace breakfast (pre-park opening only)

Other we would go back but not a priority:
Akershus lunch
Sci-Fi
Beaches and Cream
BOG lunch or dinner
Maya Grill dinner
1900 PF breakfast
Trail's End Buffet dinner
Casey's

Meals we probably won't repeat:
Chef Mickey brunch
CRT breakfast
Pizzafaris
Backlot Express
Cosmic Rays

The ultimate favorite dining experience for us is:
Hoop Dee Doo: delicious food, and all you can eat, all you can drink (including alcohol), a super great show with tons of interaction, and for a decent price, we go as often as we can!

-1900 PF: preferably dinner thanks to the Step Family, interaction is on point, food is plentyful and delicious! Breakfast is also good.
-Yak & Yeti ts: AMAZING food & service, and not your typically standard park food for Disney, still "Americanized" enough to not be risky though.
-50's Prime time: nice, home cooked, comfort food, and you usually get some awesome interaction with the server, especially if you play along, super fun, and great for the price, also delicious pb &j milkshakes!
-California Grill: my favorite signature dining, DELICIOUS food, amazing sushi, great drinks and wine, and an incredible view! Worth it to just have drinks in their lounge to watch the sun set!
-Trails End: very similar dinner to Hoop, with chicken, ribs, cornbread, etc. Breakfast is where it's at though, DELICIOUS and variety of food, buffet style, and SO CHEAP.
-Via Napoli: amazing pizza, great pasta, great service and awesome drinks, and not too heavy of a meal!

Wife - Tusker
Oldest son - Pizza Planet (does that even qualify)
daughter - Askerus
Youngest son - could care less.. just feed him
Me - 50s prime time.. but as you probably guess, its last for a reason.. :(

The most "disney" restaurants we ate that we recommend for friends are Tusker House and Be Our Guest. Other favorites of ours are Plaza Restaurant (simple, but DELICIOUS sandwiches and it's totally worth the extra $10 to sit in air conditioning for lunch) and 'Ohana.

We also really enjoy Hollywood and Vine for breakfast and lunch when it's crowded. We went for Minnie's dinner and it was empty. The food was horrible, but we chocked it up to having the fab 5 for just our family and 3 other tables. That was incredible. So I would say that the food really depends on the crowd level and how often they are refreshing the food.

We've only been to WDW once, but my absolute favorite was Kona Cafe. We also loved Teppan Edo (Epcot) and Boatwright's (POR). For QS, Flame Tree BBQ was the best!

It's great to see Biergarten as a favorite for some that posted so far. We will be doing Biergarten on our first full day at WDW on our upcoming trip. Really looking forward to it!

Just to add some that are not mentioned. I really enjoy Boma for dinner, but it's a bit of a hassle getting to Animal Kingdom Lodge. I always go if I'm staying a week, though. I also enjoy Yak and Yeti for lunch/dinner and Tusker House for breakfast in Animal Kingdom.

Epcot has so many good places. I like the Mexican places there and the aforementioned Biergarten. I also enjoy Le Cellier in Canada and the quick service in Morocco.

My favorite meal in MK was at the Plaza. It's a great deal if you are paying out of pocket, but not as much if you are on a dining plan. Just good sandwiches and fries and ice cream. :)

Have a fun trip! I'd love to be going for my first time again.

BOG for lunch is a must do for my trips, I'm the family planner and always make sure to get reservations there! I love the Master's Cupcake! :P
