what is your must do TS and why?

We are taking our 17 year old and our 14 year old on our next trip.

The requested restaurants from the kids are Teppan Edo and Yak & Yeti.
My husband loves Liberty Tree Tavern.
And my must do is Trails End buffet, we stay at the campground and I just love having one dinner there.

My mom and I go every year for our birthdays and our one must do everytime is Boma.
The food is so unique and is a great buffet.
Plus it's always great to check our AKL because its such a beautiful resort.

I'm only just planning now for our 2nd trip, so I don't have a "Must DO" TS just yet but wanted to chime in that it doesn't look like you've done 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian? We had a great dinner experience here with Cinderella, Prince Charming, Lady Tremaine and the stepsisters. Probably our favorite character interaction on the trip was Lady T & her girls. As far as the food goes, we enjoyed it! I'd say it's on par with the buffet at Crystal Palace. If you go, try the strawberry soup!

If you intend to visit Epcot, then I recommend Biergarten in the Germany Pavilion for lunch.
It is a Buffet with various Meats, Potatoes, Breads, Sauces and Deserts. Plus they have Live Entertainment.
A Buffet for lunch in a park saves you time as don't have to wait to order, wait for your food to be prepared and then wait for your food to be delivered. Less time waiting leaves more time for attractions and entertainment.
