Lots of things motivate me.
Reading all the posts I can on WISH, and all the responses to threads too, and the journals, really motivates me!!! Reading about other people's success with WW motivates me!

I love WW. I love the eating plan I have, I love the variety I am allowed.
The FANTASTIC results I have gotten from pilates motivates me to stick with it. The shapely arms I am developing motivates me to continue to lift weights. The speed addiction I am building from rollerblading keeps me excited about strapping those puppies on every chance I get so I can zip around the neighborhood for a workout. Catching up with my sister and my husband on our daily power walks motivates me to continue walking.
While I do want to have a healthy body and live forever, I am really developing an ego!!! I am very vain (now)! I know I can wear teeny clothes eventually, and I'm getting closer every day, so that motivates me a bunch!!! To wear styles that before were reserved for people who were in shape is great motivation for me!!!!

I want to be able to show off a bit, so I am really working out hard to get there.
You can do it!!!! One of the biggest motivating factors for me is the great sense of accomplishment and power that I feel knowing that I took control and that I am the one responsible for making these awesome lifestyle changes!
