What is your favorite Signature retaurant and Why?

Citricos is by far our favorite restaurant at WDW.
Outstanding food and service.

Although i suspect that if you're not on the dining plan you get a better table than if you are. I only suspect this, i'm not sure.
We weren't on the dining plan and at every single restaurant we ate at, we were given what i would consider the best table in the house.
Perhaps this was coincidence, but it happened every time, so it definitely was a pattern.

Artist Point! I love the food at CG but it is way too chaotic and noisy to have a relaxing meal there anymore.

AP has well-spaced tables, a beautiful dining room, great servers, and wonderful food. The mushroom soup there is my hands down favorite dish at all of WDW. One day I am going to order it as an appetizer AND an entree. And maybe for dessert as well.

Jiko is really good, but sometimes you get noise spillover from Boma.

Citricos is on my "really need to try it" list.

My favorite signatures are CA Grill and Artist Point. My least favorite is Jiko, but that's my opinion, and I know I'm in the minority on that.

somehow we keep missing artist point....definitely will be on the list for our next trip!
by the way, i'm one of those in the minority on CG- we hated it..

Nobody has said Hollywood Brown Derby. Why is that? It is the only signature we have been to, I think... but we really liked it. Next time we are doing California Grill, and we are also doing Brown Derby again (not only was it good.... but there isn't much else I would care for at MGM.)

I am seriously considering AP or just staying at FF. We have been to CG and Yachtsman before. We loved them too! But I want to try something different.
