Hmmm... by park, and of course only based on what we did, my favorites:

MK: Splash Mountain
HS: TSMM
AK: Kali, hands down!
EP: We only did two rides here, Figment and Test Track, so... really hard to say. I really enjoyed Test Track - the kids did NOT. lol

DHS: Tower of Terror
Epcot: Soarin
Animal Kingdom: Festival of the Lion King

MK- Splash & Tiki Room (yeah, I said it..lol!)
Epcot- Figment & Soarin
HS- RnR & One Man's Dream (I really hope they relocate it instead of closing it for good!)
AK- Everest & Lion King
