This is my first time at Disneyworld as an adult (since 1987). I wanted to do a PS with a large party of 17 (4 families). Which PS would be best on a budget (about how much). Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner?

I'm partial to Cindy's royal table in MK for lunch. I'm also going to try the monorail hotel restaurants more this time to take a break but still be close to the action. Lunch is, of course, cheaper than dinner. May be easier to PS with such a large group. Call CRO and see what they would suggest?

How much are these PS's restaurants running? Are they normal restaurant prices?

To make a PS costs no more than any other meal at the restaurants. You can find prices on the menus at http://wdwig.com/menu/menus.htm.
For a large party, I highly recommend 50s Prime Time Cafe in MGM. Its a wonderful restaurant and the service and theming are outstanding. Each section is an individual kitchen atmosphere and last time we went, we were seated in a section that was large enough to interact with about four other groups.
