This was a question asked in the latest Disney Magazine.

The reader's poll rated the following:

1. Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor
2. Main Street Cone Shop
3. Blue Ribbon Bakery & Carnation Cafe (tie)

I can't ever remember having ice cream at Gibson Girl or Main Street Cone shop. The line is always so long.

What is your favorite dessert?

My fav dessert is the Bengal Skewers but its not traditional-
Shall I fess up I havent eaten at any of the ice cream stands :)

Usually when F! is going I'm camped out there and ice cream means a Mickey (or equiv) bar :) During the day- Dole Whip!

After my trip last June I have a new favorite, the baked apple from the Blue Bayou. It was huge, in a golden puff pastry with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce. Yummy!!

churro cart!!!

actually, we once stumbled into the gibson girl parlor once because my daughter was begging for ice cream. i was kind of irritated because a parade was just about to start and the place was crowded.

it didn't take too long afterall, the ice cream was awesome, AND we found a table near the window and watched the parade from inside.

The Mickey Mouse shaped cookies at Blue Ribbon bakery with a hot chocolate gets my vote every time. I eat that every morning we're there for my highly nutritional Atkins friendly breakfast!

<font color=navy>I guess mine would be the chocolate souffle type dessert at Hooks Pointe. You get chocolate cake with melted chocolate inside, and a scoop of ice cream next to it.. Yummy.

But, other than that, I'd have to go with those strawberry popsicles they sell throughout the Disneyland Park. They're so refreshing.

I think my kids would say the churros - they love those there.

We've had the ice cream at Gibsons before. It's really good.

How about you, Tink33, what is your favorite?

The caramel on a stick, dipped in chocolate and rolled in nut, from the Blue Ribbon Bakery. They don't always have them, but when they do there's nothing better than one thats still warm and a little gooy!

OH, now that you've brought up treats on a stick:

DCA has a really great chocolate-dipped-cheesecake-on-a-stick!! It's at Bur-r-r Bank Ice Cream. Very delicious!!

Dole Whip!!! However, I do wish they would bring back an old favorite from when I was a kid. My whole family used to get a Matterhorn Sundae, I believe at Carnation when it was bigger (although I was a kid and my memory is fadeing). Last summer we aked a CM at Carnation if we could still order one off the menu and they said they had never heard of it before. I guess I should have tried to find an older CM. Anyone else remember that sundae?

Th Dessert Buffet on Walt's balcony while watching Fantasmic!

The kids love the churros from the churro carts, and I love the mini apple pies with caramel sauce that some of the restaurants have.

Jut got back and I have three favorities. Make that 4.

1) Stortellers buffet - so many different goodies to eat.

2) Souble chocolate bread pudding from Brennan's.

3) Freshly made ice cream cookie sandwich from Main Street Cone shop.

4) Triple chocolate brownie from Marecelin's in DTD (or at Pooh Corner in DL).
