It is Pampered Chef party time and I want to buy some new things to help my friend with her party, but I am not sure what to buy. I have the chopper, which I love, a few stones, which I am not all that crazy about (except the fluted pie pan stone), I have some utensils and the cutting boards. What else is there that a persons kitchen shouldn't be without?

They have the best garlic press!!! (I love my chopper too, but you already have that)

DW got the stone....Love it for the Chicken wrap she makes..:smooth:
She likes the skillet she got there also..:)

The serrated Bread Knife.

Batter Bowl
Easy Accent Decorator (for deviled eggs, yum!)
Dill Mix, Italian Seasoning
Crinkle Cutter
and recently got the Small Chillzane Bowl & Easy Grater, but haven't used them

I like the Batter Bowl too!
If you don't have the wire whisk, get that! It is the BEST!!

I know they're not really an item you could buy for someone because of the expense, but we started out with the small, PROFESSIONAL, saute pan and when I hosted a party, I got the entire PROFESSIONAL cookware for 1/2 price.

We absolutely love it, especially the Family Skillet. Everytime my DH washes that pan, he says "I LOVE THIS PAN"!!!

It was a good investment for us!

Hey Debbi!
I just had a PC party last month! I love their stuff and have tons of it!
The best stuff:
Ultimate Slice and Grate - makes awesome sliced potatoes
Scrapers - awesome

I also love the batter bowls and chopper!

There stuff is great! happy shopping!

I love my garlic press and the batter bowl.

My favorite is the Ultimate Slice and Grate. We use it for everything!

I so love hearing people like our products! Kitchen Consultant chiming in here!

Yes, the garlic press is the best and you don't have to peel the garlic to use it. Plus, I don't know about where you all shop, but around here those jars of garlic in oil can cost $2-$4. 2 bulbs of garlic cost 49 cents. It's stainless steel and is dishwasher safe.

I haven' seen anyone mention the Scraper Collection. If you don't have any of the silcone scrapers - Mix N Scraper, Small Mix N Scraper, Classic Scraper, Skinny SCraper - you NEED these in your kitchen. I use them daily and I have multiples because I use them daily. They are not plastic. They will not permanently stain (even in lasagna), they don't curl, the heads don't pop off and they are heat safe to 650 degrees. They won't melt.

Another vote for our cookware too. The open stock pieces are just as good as the set. And the lifetime warranty is awesome to have.

The best and hardest part is picking out what to buy. Have fun!

just look at the warantee with this stuff.....I have some stuff that has a life time guarantee on it....and five years on some stuff.....even the stones have a great guarantee.........I am mega impressed.....I love my chopper the best.....and the serrated bread knife too.....I make home made bread and this even does a good job on hot bread....OH YAH....I love mypizza cutter....even if I dont' cut pizza.....I love the whisk.....so good for making sure everything is incorporated.....excellent stuff....honest

I hear the cheese grater is wonderful! The slice and serve pie cutter is fantastic. I'm thinking of buying the can opener, anyone have any positive feedback on that item?

Batter bowl, pizza stone, and my oval stoneware baker. I use that a lot!

The smooth edge can opener is really fantastic. It cuts on the outside of the can, doesn't penetrate into the food - so no groos guck on the can opener- and it has this little teeth grabber on the side to grab the lid once you have cut it. The edges of the can are smooth so

1. You or anyone else will not cut themselves. Think the jagged edges that come with using most can openers. This canopener will not do that.

2. You also will not cut up your scrapers - Pampered Chef ones or other brands.

Pumba - I'm the one who LOVES the cookware. I also LOVE the warranty that comes with it. If it breaks, etc. you get a whole new one! No questions asked!

I only mentioned that it was expensive cause people tend not to want to spend a lot on a few items. That's why the smaller items go faster, cause people tend to think they're "getting more for their money". But, we were in the market for good cookware anyway, so we splurged (and also took advantage of that 1/2 off price) and got it.

I used to be a LONGABERGER consultant, and believe you me -- I know what it's like to be constantly told "It's so expensive!" Hey, you get what you pay for...;)
