Hi, DH and I have decided to take a weekend trip to Epcot for my birthday at the end of this month. We are leaving DS at home so I can have a relaxing and enjoyable weekend with my hubby! :thumbsup2

I can eat at any CS I want to, instead of the blah ones that have chicken nuggets and burgers like electric umbrella since DS will be home with my parents. I like all types of foods. Oh but we are going to Tokyo Dining that night so I don't want that CS for lunch.

Here's my question, what is your favorite CS at Epcot and what is your favorite food at that CS?

Thanks a bunch!

My Husband LOVES the one in the land and I think my kids agree. They do seem to have a lot to offer and we headed over to the Nestle cookie baking afterwards for some more desert. (not sure if that is still going on though) I like to get the kid meal quesadilla from the little shack outside mexico.

Wanted to add, that I didn't notice at first the kids aren't coming (bad me only read your title first). DH and I used to "graze" around World Showcase before we had kids. A great meal is to try either a drink or a food item in every country. It was one of our favorite nights on our pre-kiddos trips. Since you are going without kids I can also recommend going over to the wilderness area and renting a canoe. We had a blast in those stupid things. Good to be a kid again.

Oh, I completely forgot about the land!! So there are a bunch of good items on the menu? I'll have to go check it out the menu. Thanks so much!! And I was definitely planning to snack on something in Mexico since I love love love Mexican food!

The one in The Land is called "Sunshine Seasons," and did you know that some of the fresh ingredients are actually grown in The Land ride/pavilion and the Epcot greenhouses backstage? It's true! Sunshine Seasons is hands-down our most favorite CS at Epcot: They offer almost all combo options, with two big sides, and they have an excellent, large dessert selection. They even have fresh sushi!

popcorn:: I'm getting hungry just thinking about it!

I was a little skeptical of the sushi last time but it was very yummy!!

Our favorite is the Tangierine Cafe, in Morocco. I think a lot of people skip it due to it's unique menu, but it's very good. We like the lamb, and chicken pitas.

These two suggested CS stops are on my must-do list simply based on rave reviews here!

It embarrassed me to admit how much of my Disney excitement is about the food....

I love the Fish & Chips in UK and the lamb wraps or platters in Morocco. Don't forget the bakeries in Norway and France. You can get some non-dessert items in the bakeries - but get the sweets!
