What is your fav DVC spot?

We are new DVC members and was wonder what your favorite dvc locations are and why. We just came back from our first trip as dvc members and stayed in Animal Kingdom Jambo House. We had a great time and are planning out next trip.

Sunset Savannah view room in Kidani at AKV....I luv it!
Anywhere at the BWV, location is awesome.

I cannot wait to get there even though I know it's going to be really HOT!

Fav.DVC location U ask: OKW, bldg. 55 , 1 bdrm. villa, rm 5521,mornings on the balcony over looking the river with a cup of coffee and a news paper or a book with the birds singing in the back ground. "IT CAN'T GET ANY BETTER" WELCOME HOME.

I thought my new fave would be the Treehouse Villas but we just got back and my fave remains BCV. We just can't find anything that beats the location of those villas.

Before we bought, we spent a Saturday night strolling the Boardwalk and around Crescent Lake. We sat on the porch and 4 saxophone players serenaded us from below. Tinkerbell had her pixie dust out that night. It was very romantic for me and hubby.

Four years later we bought DVC at the Boardwalk Villas.

Our favorite DVC location...BOARDWALK!!

Boardwalk View....upper floor...sitting on the patio in the evening smelling those wonderful Big River Grille burgers....sipping wine and watching the fireworks over at Epcot. Nothing better in the whole world.

Beach Club Villas.....with my feet in the sand in the pool, with a kid or 2 draped on me!!

BCV is our favorite... we have a MK View booked at BLT this year. I'm sure we will love it, but BCV is hard to beat!

BWV Boardwalk view, then there is Savanna view. I just don't know which one I love the most.

Hi stich1fan,
For me it is Wilderness Lodge at the Holidays. Nothing like seeing the tree in the lobby and taking the boat to MVMCP! Congrats on becoming a member and here's to many more wonderful trips home.

Another vote for VWL. . .sitting on the beach at dark with a glass of wine, catching the fireworks from Wishes and the Electric Water Parade on the lake. . .it's serene, and after a great meal at Artist Point, hard to beat.

We have several, and since we have beem members for 13 years, we do have some definite favorites.
1. OKW building 46 followed by 45. LOVE the views and peacefulness of those canal rooms!
2. AKV Jambo house Zebra trail. We have had great animal viewing there.
3. OKW building 55. Love the canal view and the proximatey to the South Point pool and the walk to DTD.
4. OKW building 15. Love how secluded it is and that it is close to several bus stops.
5. AKV Kidani. Love it if you happen to get a nice Sunset savanna view, and are close to the lobby, but the long hallways kill it for me.
6. OKW building 20. Love the views here as long as you aren't on the end where the pool is.
7. AKV concierge level rooms. The views are underwhelming, but the service and perks of the special safaris are well worth it!

These are really in no particular order, just the way I thought of them.

I love walking through the lobby of the BWV--the beautiful hardwood floors that are so glossy they look wet, the festive, but tasteful furnishings. I love watching my youngest race to the top of the (very controversial starry-eyed) clown slide with sheer excitement. I love sitting on my balcony, cold drink in hand, after a nice, relaxing bath in the jacuzzi, and enjoying the view of Tower of Terror in the distance (and only spending std view points!).

We've only been members for a couple of yrs so have only stayed at SSR and AKV and looking forward to finding new spots we love!

Another vote for the Boardwalk. Be it on my balcony of my BW view room, or sitting in the lobby watching the comings and goings, or on the Boardwalk proper eating an ice cream, there are so many favorite places. Can't wait to be there again!

We wait all year to visit WDW so every moment awake counts. Love seeing SE from the BW View rooms stepping out on the balcony first thing in the am, and when winding down at night. Plus the short walk to EPCOT and dining. Hoping BLT MK View is also going to great. Cant beat the BCV pool and location to EPCOT and occasional great "Disney" view.
