What is your "comfort"?

I will sound boring here so..my pink fluffy robe, an old movie, some Jasmine tea and some fresh peaches..plus writing my stories.

I do a little of just about everything posted. Sometimes a walk will do me the world of good. I just enjoying being outside. Sometimes reading a good book in my jams, lounging on our bed will do the trick. A cup of tea is nice. Working a puzzle with a little jazz playing. A little weeding in our small garden. For me, all good ways to unwind.

Doggy cuddles, sweatpants, a down comforter and romantic comedies. That usually does it!:goodvibes

Hi!

weekends: bike rides & some qigong

weekdays after work: being at home in the quiet of my condo + some Internet check-ins

Regina in NC

A glass of wine, a big bar of Cadbury's chocolate and watching something familiar on TV, like Friends or Frasier.

Same here. If I'm angry... nothing gets it off my mind like a good workout. :cool1:

Yup, but only if it was a normal day or a sedentary day. If I spent all day walking around Disneyworld, no way do I have the energy for a 45 minute cardio workout.

Sunshine!:cool1: Honestly, I love seeing the sun, I love being outside in the sunshine, and I love that feeling of walking outside and feeling the heat of the sun after being inside for awhile.:cool1:

Sleeping in a room with a ceiling fan whirling overhead.

Beatles music.

Working a 1,000 piece, or bigger, jigsaw puzzle at my leisure.

Being barefoot.

Jammies, big fluffy Minnie Mouse robe, coffee, cigarettes and the laptop or rubbish on tv .... something i dont have to concentrate on :cloud9:

Old big baggy house shirt, sweatpants or shorts, my snuggly PoTC blankie, sitting on the couch and watching tv with DH while playing on the laptop (sometimes) with a cup of coffee or sweet tea.

or

laying on the couch in the same comfy clothes listed above and reading a good book with my kitty on my lap.

If I'm out, a chai latte from Starbucks and actually sitting in Starbucks to enjoy it.

If I'm home, putting on comfy old clothes and watching stuff on SciFi or HGTV. Or maybe a movie like Steel Magnolias.

DH. It's cheesy, but when I've had a long, bad day, he always finds some way to make me laugh.

A Discworld novel and a cup of hot cocoa or iced tea. :cloud9:

a trip to the barn to visit and groom my old mare. She loves me! And she has great, calming energy. Sometimes I just throw a saddle on her for a little trail ride... the smell of grass and a breeze in my hair takes away all my problems.

Red licorice is what helps me. I had a really bad day last week and DH came home with a 2 lb. bag for me:scared1: Other than the weight gain, I did feel better:rotfl2:
