What is you dream Disney job?

If you could have any job in Walt Disney World, what would it be?

I'd want to be a character escort in Epcot. I pick this job because you get to walk around the park having fun with people, but wouldn't get mobbed by kids as you would if you were a character. Also, I would like to be in the parade at night.

Anyone else have a dream WDW job?

I love Disney too much to work there. I think it would ruin the magic for me to be that close to it.

It's like singing -- I love to do it in unpaid, community theatre, etc. but if I had to do it professionally, and rely on it for a paycheck, it would take all the fun out of it!

Honestly - either a CM at Ice Station Cool (you get hot - go inside...get cold - go out) or a front desk CM at any resort. All the happy faces Actually, I would really like to be a boat driver, too. So, maybe the boat b/t MGM and Epcot

Since I was 14 I have said I would love to be a dancer in either the parades or the shows. I think B&TB would be a fun one to do. Or even one of the dancers at PI.

I'd actually want to do something more like Jane and the Fairies, if y'all remember them. Be able to help people's dreams come true and make their trips great, but not actually work *for* Disney.

If I'm gonna dream, I wanna dream big. I want to be Belle. Either at MGM in the show, or at MK doing the storytelling and at the breakfast. I'd also like to be Mary Poppins, I love her.

I'd want to be a character. Probably Minnie Mouse (I'm about the right height). Yes, it's hot and little pay, but if I could I'd do it because Minnie brings so much joy to kids.

Same here. I love musical theatre, so I would love to be a singer/actress in one of the shows, maybe even on the Disney Cruise. Of course, I shouldn't get my hopes too high Or it would be fun to be one of those characters that goes around the street in MGM. Until any of that happens, I think I'll work at my local Disney Store

Mine isn't actually at WDW - at least not all the time. I'd like to be one of the cruise hostesses that meets the guests at the airport and escorts them to the busses, then meets them at the resorts on the day they head for port. And only about 2 or 3 days a week at the most (I'm thinking retirement here folks).

DH says he wants to work a couple days a week too either as security (he's a cop now), or driving the monorail or a boat.

I think I would do anything Just being there would be my dream job, seeing people just be happy is great for me. But if I had to pick something...I think it would be the front desk in any of the resorts, like someone mentioned before, seeing all the happy people when they check-in, or maybe working at the Kids Clubs doing Disney crafts and projects with the kids Maybe working for DVC (have to learn a bit more about it ).

it might be a bit redundent for me to answer this. You all know how much I long to be Belle! I'd love to have any musical theatre type role though. When I worked at WDW in merchandise, I about cried every time I saw the parade people heading out to perform.
