What is wrong with the display of this forum?

This only seems to happen on the Cruise Line Forum. I checked other forums on disboards today and they displayed normally. Is this just a problem with my computer? Check out these screenshots. Checking back 22 minutes later and the forum displays normally.

Yes, that happened to me in the past, but when I went to Tech Support, it helped!
