I have my children's ages listed, with birthdays. I made all my reservations/ADRs and we're on the dining plan, so our resort reservations list the correct ages/dining credits. Why can't the ADR system get the correct ones for our restaurants?
It doesn't really matter as far as most of the restaurants go, they always confirm when we check in on ages and charge the dining plan appropriately, but we have one pre-paid and I've tried different ways of booking it and it always reverts to CHILD instead of 10 year old ADULT. He's a 'child' now....but will be 10 when we check in.
So how do I fix the pre-paid meal? Just call and make that reservation and then cancel the one we have online? I can't see a way to book it online without signing in to my account and then the system goes wonky again.
