What is Wishes?

Haven't been to WDW for a few years, what is the Wishes that I keep seeing on these boards?

Wishes is the new fireworks display in the MK. I haven't seen it yet...but hear its awesome!!


Hope to see it in May on my 1st visit home !!

Wishes puts all other fireworks to shame in my opinion! We saw it on it's debut night and it was amazing. I didn't look recently but I know it was on the home page of the DIS where you can actually view the whole show!

Wishes is so spectacular it almost can't be called a 'fireworks show'. It's a story, told in music and fireworks. Stake out a spot early........it's worth waiting for.

Wishes is the New Version of "Fantasy in the Sky" Fireworks...

To see Wishes, we have found it best to try and be right in front of the castle. You can see it I believe pretty much anywhere in the MK, but the photo opportunity is great with the castle in it. Plus, there's Tinkerbelle!
Here's a picture we took of Wishes in mid-March. The camera was on fireworks mode, so for some reason it made the fireworks clear but the castle is blurry. Still, it'll give you an idea, although it really doesn't do the show justice. As I always say when people ask about Wishes, DON'T MISS IT!!
