Thinking about going the week after Christmas. Wondering if anyone could tell me what the weather was like.

Our annual trips use to be the 2nd week of January due to the low crowds. We have had short and t-shirt days and 30 degree temp days. All I can recommend is watch the weather as you get closer to your vacation and then plan on packing accordingly. If you are going to be in a park through morning/afternoon/evening and the weather is going to vary then rent a large locker when you arrive and store your heavier cloths there during the day so you don't have to carry them around. Then you can go back if the temps start dropping.

My wife and I both have unplanned Disney Souvenirs that we hadn't planned on buying such as Rose & Crown hats, Disney branded sweat shirts and Micky hands. Not all bad to have but it didn't take us long to learn to pack for any and all weather conditions.

Enjoy your trip!

Typically in the 70' s during the day with lows possibly in the 50's at night.
Pack long sleeves and jeans/ slacks and some short sleeves to layer. Hoodies/ windbreakers are good. Also, pack your swimsuit as the pools are heated. :)
You will see Floridians walking around in shorts/capris and flip flops until mid January. Lol. Some of them put hoodies on too though.
I love Orlando in December. :)

I live in the Panhandle but Orlando seems to run warmer that time of year.

We went one year and it was cold! I am talking colder than Massachusetts where we are from. It was a big family joke for a long time. We were fine because we had our winter jackets/hats/gloves but some people were freezing. Stores were packed with people because they had heat, people were using towels under ball caps to cover their ears/keep their heads warm, people were putting socks on their hands for gloves....It was quite a sight. No, I am not saying this is the norm and honestly we had a lovely time but just pointing out what can happen. Layers are soo key that time of year!!

I was there 2 weeks one December, and I swam one week and had to buy a winter coat and gloves the next! The coldest I ever remember being in my life was one December night at the Wishes Dessert Party.
