What is up with Pirates?

I finally get a game to start, then it looks like it is loading and the screen "waiting for all players to enter" shows up, and the next thing I know I'm standing on the dock with that stupid screen that I can't get rid of! I have to long off and then log again to get rid of it! What is up?

This has happened to me several times this weekend. Very fustrating after waiting so long for a level 3 game to start.

it seems to happen more when I am the one starting the game. Grrr!

Besides logging off, then on again, the other way to get rid of the "waiting for all players" screen is to simply start or join another game.
