I have free dining for the 20-25, wanted to add a day..the 19th, no luck, finally just decide to do cash rack rate and no availability whether free dining for rack rate. what is happening that day at CSR?

Probably a combination of other free dining guests, conventions and regular guests. Same thing happened to me over spring break a last year. I had to stay off site for 2 days.
