How are the layers here made? The graph like paper and the larger solid blue-ish paper -- I have a cricut, CDS and SCAL - -can I make this? Anyone have a file for it?

I have that bracket in SVG. I have used it a few times. It doesnt shadow well so i just make two and line them up. I can email it to you.
