Okay, maybe I'm SUPER clueless, but I haven't heard of this promotion. Do we need to sign up to win something, or is it just a "be in the right place at the right time" kind of thing?

Places and times are randomly selected by a computer and if you happen to be at the right place at the right time, you win the prize that the computer assigns.
