What Is This Tinkerbell Toy

Hello! I found these small (about 3") toys in my grandmothers house the other day. We have no idea what they are! I figured if anyone would know, it would be you all!

Any help would be greatly appreciated. The toys are plastic and the rod is metal. There are no markings on Tinkerbell save C Walt Disney Prod

Without a photo, it'll be very hard for anyone to help you. I think you still need a minimum number of posts to post photos, so I would recommend going down to the Test board and posting until you increase your post count to the point where you can post photos.
