What is this I hear about upgrades during Free Dining?? Is that happening alot? I read some posts about people getting upgraded b/c the values were packed...just curious if someone could enlighten me on the issue!!

E-mails were sent out to certain people staying at the Values for an upgrade to OKW or SSR. I received one, called the same day, but nothing was available.

Same here, I recieved a pin code for an upgrade called 8 hours after getting email and everything was gone. Bummer, never got a pin before.

I started calling at 6:10 AM on Monday and had to wait almost 30 min. to see if I could get an upgrade...after a few times on hold>>>>> I got CSR with free dining....I had a tad left to go on my payment...now I have 5o bucks less by changing!!!!
