What is this craft called?

DD9 and I were at a hockey game today and a bunch of girls were in a group doing this craft. They each had a cardboard circle with slits all around the edges and they were wrapping string (floss) around in different patterns. They said they make bracelets but I can't seem to come up with the name of this craft. i'd love to get these for my dd's.

You would just need to buy her floss. You make the circles yourself to keep the strands separated as you work the design. Here are some instructions I found.
