What is this 40% code I........

keep hearing about? When is it for and how do you get the code? I booked airfare for August, jumped on the Southwest Air deal, it was so cheap. I am hoping for free dining again, I have done it the past two summers. But I don't know anything about this 40% code. Please help!

It was a direct mail out to select former Disney guests.. some people who did NOT receive it had success booking it.. others did not.

The booking deadline has passed so it's dead.

It was a promotion that Disney sent out to selected families. Nobody knows for sure how people people were selected, but it was sent to them either via e-mail or postcard. It was basically 40% off selected dates through out the year.
