What is there to do at Epcot with PM EMH on an MK party night?

Thinking about hopping over to Epcot on a MNSSHP party night this September. It would be a Tuesday. Would plan to be there around 6pm and FP a couple rides. Then we would hit up a few countries and F&W booths.

My question is: what is there to do after illuminations? Will the countries ‘close’ and does everyone head to FW? Will the lines be too long expect to do much?
Anyone with experience please chime in!

I think all Festival kiosks close down during Illuminations. When lights come up after the show, they are all closed.

The atmosphere in the World Showcase is so nice during PM EMH. I like to grab a Grand Marnier and just chill somewhere with a nice view. There are plenty of beautiful things to see in Epcot.

I have done eve emh twice at Epcot and it just isn't my favorite. Mostly I just like strolling through the WS. I sort of think it is because it is such a looooong walk between rides in FW and by that time of night I am pretty tired. Maybe more food places are open than I remember but I always thought there wasn't much to choose from. I love eve emh at MK and 4 years ago we had a blast at HS eve emh but that is no more.

Absolutely agree! I love strolling through WS when it's empty! DH & I were just a bit sad we couldn't hit up some favorite booths again. It never crossed my mind they wouldn't be open.

Well I interpreted that to mean open till 11pm but it was only open (that night anyway) till 10pm. It was our last night and a CM was near the door when we tried to get in, she opened the door to explain then said if we came in and shopped very quickly it would be ok. Other shoppers were in the store checking out, it was so nice of her since my kids wanted an item that we had not seen anywhere else. But lesson learned for us.

That's good, perhaps things have changed since my last trip there. Was just sharing our unexpected experience.
