I read about it but can't remember the name. You pay $16 and they map out which rides to ride in order and when to get fastpasses.

Thanks.

Look up "Hydroguy" s link to how to optimize the fast pass system it works extremely well.

That's it, Ridemax. I downloaded it and so far it has a couple of glitches (for me) that I need to figure out. I want to ride the Storybook Canals during the day, brings back a lot of memories, and it always puts it at 10:00 at night. I'll keep tweaking it but it does seem like a good thing.

Thanks!

That is one of RideMax's greatest weaknesses, IMO. Namely, the inability to schedule particular rides at particular times. For example, we like to ride Big Thunder Mtn RR during the day and again at night. But usually when I ask RideMax to schedule it twice, it will put the two rides back to back. StoryBookLand Canal boats is another example. Even though it is not optimal to ride it early evening, our favorite time to ride it is at twilight.

My advice is if you want to do something at a particular time, you leave it off your RideMax itinerary and then do it when you want.

FWIW, I suspect the RideMax feature set will increase a lot over the next few years as the author is now working on RideMax full time rather than part time. I have given RideMax so many requests for new features it will keep them busy for years.

RideMax offers something unique to Disney park visitors and it is worth a look for anyone planning to visit DLR or WDW. It can dramatically help many people. And it still has room for improvement.

I wrote a DLR RideMax critique last year: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=885134
