What is the wait for Merida like around 10am

We're going at low crowd levels in Sept. My daughter is pining to see Merida, but we have BBB reservations at 9am. I assume we'll be out around 10am. Would it be helpful for my DH to hop in line around 9:30 or so? I'm not really sure what to do about seeing Merida. I wish she'd get a FP+!

I'm curious to know as well. We're going in September too and we didn't get to meet her the last 2 years so this year I'm hoping for quieter lines.

We were there two weeks ago on a crowd level 8 day. We walked over to the Merida line after it already opened and they were still letting people in line even after we were done getting our pictures. This was the first greeting of the day.

What do you mean by letting people in line? Like into the play area? About how long was the wait?

She really does need a FP+ but I don't know how they would work it in that area.

I think your DH could try to hop in line early. (not to start a debate about that stuff, just saying what I would do)

The gates were open when we got there. Merida was already greeting people. We were maybe the fourth or fifth family. The time stamp on our photo pass pics was 9:57. They never even closed the gates. They may have been telling people to come back, but there wasn't even anyone waiting to be in the next group.
