What is the usual AP discount?

We're staying at OKW in August, using our DVC points, and I was thinking of getting in a few days earlier and staying at a value resort for 2 nights. Central Reservations said the discounts for AP doesn't show up until 4 months before check-in.

Does anyone know what the discount usually is? The current price for the room in early August is $99/night.

Does anyone know which is the best value resort? We've never stayed at one. We'll need 2 rooms, because we are a family of 6. Are they all pretty much the same?
