What is the Terrorific Night like?

I know it says 12+ but I am such a scaredy cat, my mother and I both love Halloween and we're going to Disney for my birthday (29th) so I was wondering do the characters tend to make a fuss of you when it's your birthday? I'm 18 this year but still LOVE meeting characters haha!

But anyway back to my question, what is the terrorific night like? Do they go all out for it, with the rides/decorations etc? What is it like? We're just really excited and would love some description about it

On youtube you can find a few movies that give you a good impression of what was going on. There seem to have been a lot of actors walking around trying to scare people and also during attractions (like studio tram tour).
I'm doubting to on wether or not to book for terrorific or the halloween night itself.

Thankyou, I'll go look now! Also we thought about Halloween night but heard it's horrendously busy, so instead opted for the 27th. It'll feel like we're having halloween twice

I'm so much more excited now, it looks so good! Only downside is my mother really hates rollercoasters, it's such a shame the aerosmith one sounds so good during this time!
