It is $149 for a standard room with an additional $10 resort fee. It is possible to receive an upgrade for free. This occurs more often than at Disney owned resorts in my opinion.

You also have $10/night service fee that will not be waived. I got $149/night last year , but upgraded to CL for $214+/night at Swan.

I had a rate of $129 this past June. Ended up cancelling for Contemporary.
