i.e. the best time to go when crowds are at their lowest?

We've decided we'll head back in 2 years when DD is 6. She hated all the indoor rides this trip so DH and I had to do a lot of splitting up and riding on our own. That worked well on things like Space Mountain and RSR, but not so well on Buzz & TSMM. Also, while I love POTC & HM, it's just more fun with family. So, we're hoping in 2 years she'll be more willing to go on the indoor rides.

Even though I didn't think Thanksgiving week was horrendous as far as crowds, I know most people say it's one of the worst weeks to go. Because of this, DH & I have decided we want to plan our next trip at a slow time to see the difference. Holidays at DLR are always my favorite time, but we're ok with going any time, really.

We like to go late April. Low crowds during the weekdays. Park usually closes at 8 pm. When the park closes earlier, we may not be that hard pressed to take a break and may just leave earlier to get ready for the next morning. No fireworks or F!, but they have WOC and parades. No grad nights yet and that is a big plus.

January, after the holiday entertainment/decor is gone.
February, after the President's weekend.
March, prior to the string of Spring Breaks beginning.
May, before Mother's Day.
November, the tiny little pocket between Halloweentime ending and the week before Thanksgiving.
