What is the quickest/best way....

to get from the Magic Kingdom to our dinner ressies at Narcoossee's? How much time should I allow to get there and back after our meal?TIA

My guess is the Best Way BACK would be the Monorail.... Because I believe the monorail runs to CR...POLY...then GF....then MK......

Isn't the monorail or boat the only way to get to the GF from MK? There aren't any paths from MK to the GF.

Don't forget the stop at the TTC before the Poly!

I would take the boat across the lagoon if one is coming- I find it faster than the monorail.

The boat launch is the best way to get to Narcoossee's, IMHO, because the dock at the GF is steps away from Narcoosee's. The monorail is the best way to get back to the Magic Kingdom, because the boat will swing by the Polynesian before heading back to the Magic Kingdom.

That said, the boat is a gorgeous ride late at night, esp is it's around the electrical water parade, fireworks time at MK, or such...then, I'd definitely take the boat over the monorail!!!

Thanks for your responses. I was thinking about taking the boat launch since it looked as if Narcoossee's was near the dock. I didn't exactly want to have to take the monorail and then have to walk to the back of the resort to find the restaurant. This is a first time ressie for us and I wasn't sure where to go. The boat sounds great to me. Thanks for your help.

Does this mean that GF and Poly share a boat? After eating at Narcoossee's, could we take the boat from GF to Poly and get off at Poly?

Yes the boat runs from the Grand Floridian to the Polynesian and back to the Magic Kingdom, but I am not positive on when the ferry launch goes down for the day. Otherwise you could walk to the Polynesian too.
