What is the most efficient way to us Alamo Quick Silver

I have finally made/cancelled/made my car reservations and am happy with what I have. However, I am not sure how to fully utilize all the Quick Silver benefits at MCO. You get free adtl driver, and express service. Can someone please explain best method for this.
Also--what has been your luck with Mid Size SUV rental at MCO? Do they upgrade if they are out of the class of vehicle you reserve. What have you gotten? Thanks! 7 days and counting!!!!

A few things to think about when using Alamo QS.

If you are not using a coupon, you can check in online and go right to your car class in the garage, get in and drive away.

Bypass the counter in the terminal at all costs. go right to the booth i the garage to check in if you cant do it online.

If they do not have any of the class you reserved, they should offer you the next class up as a replacement at no additional cost.

The MidSize we got was a chevy Equinox. Nice, but nothing to write home about.

We got a Saturn VUE when we visited in June; the only other vehicle type in the Mid-size SUV aisle was the Jeep Liberty.
