It's the pre-parade that honors those that volunteered for the GAD promotion. It features the Muppets.

we saw it while we were there last week. I think they pull people out of the line who have the give a day tix and let them ride on the floats. It is just a very quick pre-show kind of thing.

From what I read on a previous thread, if you want to be chosen to ride in the parade, you go to an area near Small World (near a CM gate and the stroller parking) at 5:45. Apparently that is the time the CMs come out and start picking people...
