What is the cancellation policy at Disney

I am going to book my trip through Dis in the next few days...does anyone know there cancellaton policy. Should I buy cancellation insurance.

If you book a package you have until 45 days before your arrival date to cancel. If you book a room only, I think you have to cancel 5 days before your arrival date.

Well, you can always cancel....

If it is a package, the deposit is $200, full payment due 45 days before arrival. If you cancel 45 to 6 days before arrival, you lose $100, if you cancel less than 6 days before arrival, you lose $200.

Room only, deposit is equal to one nights stay with tax, full payment due upon arrival, you would lose your deposit if you cancel less than 6 days before arrival.
