What is the best way....?

We are going to be checking into HRP on Sunday and have breakfast ressies at 8:10 on Monday at MK. What is the fastest way there? I have to be at a conference by the airport at 11:30 so we will just be going for the breakfast and then leaving the park. HELP!

We will be driving from our home for this trip so we will have a vehicle. Should we drive to MK, ride the monorail over by 8:10 or should be we try the buses that run from HRP to MK? I guess that is my real question- are the buses pretty decent from HRP and where do they drop you at?

What is HRP? I should probably know this, but I just woke up and I'm in a fog. MK is the one park that I try not to drive to. Of course since you are getting there early you'd be in a close lot, but still have to take the boat or monorail to the park from the parking lot. One time they didn't start running that transportation until opening time. We'd gotten there early so we could be in the gate before opening and we couldn't get there.

Maybe that was an isolated incident, though. If so, since you won't be there lone, maybe it is worth it to drive since you have to be at the airport at a certain time.

Hotel Royal Plaza is one of the DTD hotels. We are staying offstie because I have a conference at the Marriott by the airport and I wanted my family to still be close to the parks so they would have something to do while I am in meetings. I am not at all sure how the transportation works from these hotels. My family is probably going to stay in the parks while I will be leaving.
If anyone can help- I would appreciate it. i really wasn't lloking forward to driving to MK since you do have to park so far away, ride over- then enter the gates!

I would probably drive - I've heard the buses are decent, but if you are working on a time constraint I wouldn't trust them.

Driving really isn't that hard - I would probably drive straight to MK, or you could drive over to Epcot and do the monorail over. Your choice

If that PS is for CRT princess bfast, I'd drive!!! It's an EMH morning, so you'll want to get there much earlier to beat the crowd at the turnstiles.

My breakfast is at the CP on Monday am 8:10. I guess I will drive- ugh! I wasn't looking forward to driving - I have been so spoiled by WDW transportation! I don't know if I can deal with it! Thanks for all the guidance.

Oops! It's not an EMH. (MK's is on Sun. & Thurs.) But I'd still drive!
