cheapest would be to get to boardwalk and take a bus from there to DTD but not the quickest..

A cab will be the quickest way.
I know that a lot of people will say that there should be buses to DTD from parks. But in all reality? If there were a bus, it would still take a fair amount of time since you would have to wait for it to come...and it would probably be combined with a bus from one or more resorts.

About $15.

What time does the show start? If it starts at 8:00 it's going to be pretty much impossible to make it unless you have a teleporter. The show lasts 30 minutes, then it could take another 10 to 20 minutes just to get out of the theater, then you have to walk to the taxi stand (another 10 minutes,) The drive itself will be 10 to 15 minutes, and then you still have to walk to the restaurant.

Keep in mind that everyone will be leaving the park at the same time you are, so things could take quite a bit longer than my estimates - you may have to wait a bit for a taxi, traffic getting out of the parking lot could be congested, etc.

Sitting at the very back of the theater will help, but you're still going to be a bit late.
