What is the best strategy for getting a good spot for MK Light Parade?

and Fantasmic? We want to be close to the entry for an 8:15 light parade. What time should we get there to claim our spot one week from today?

I usually find a spot and get a snack and wait it out..usually tho within 45 minutes you should be good...If you are there for just the parade, sit up on the railroad station deck...great view Plus,you will be near the exit to leave the park
