What is the best scrapbooking magazine to get?

I bought my first scrapbooking magazine today; Scrapbook etc. and I don't even scrapbook.

I have been thinking of starting and I just saw it while standing in line at the grocery checkout. The reason I picked it up was because I've never noticed a scrapbook magazine before and was curious about it. Was it ever expensive though.
