Just booked 2 studios at OKW for June. Any suggestions on building location to request? Worth being close to hospitality center? Close to the main pool? Also, any other requests I should think about making? Thanks in advance :earsboy:

What are you looking for in a location? Close to the Hospitality House area? A quiet area? Accessible rooms? Our main concern is nonsmoking, and we like the water view rooms, so that's what we request. I'm not particular as to a certain location as we've stayed pretty much all over the resort and we have never had a bad view or location. You may want to check out the resort map to get an idea of the layout. Here's a link to the resort map:OKW Map

I do not like the villas that are right where the buses turn around or that are near the highway...too noisy. Also had a mixed experience with a pool view room (Miller's Road pool). COnvenience to pool was great and it was wonderful to just sit on our balcony and watch our pre-teen sons hanging out at the pool. But in the wee hours of the morning, we had to call security TWICE to shoo away drunken and rowdy men from the pool deck. Just returned from a great stay in Building 49 which was not at all where I wanted to be but I ended up LOVING the location! So for my next trip, I have requested the same area (Southpoint) but did not request anything more specific (except, of course, non-smoking!!!!) I love OKW (which is why i am a DVC owner there!)
