What is the best day to go....

Hello,

I'm visiting Florida Feb. 17-24. I'm visiting Universal (2 days), Disney (3 Days), and Sea World (1 Day). We will be visiting parks the 18th-23th. I am looking forward to Univeral the most. I've heard great things so I want to visit that park on the days that would have the least amount of people. So could some of you give suggestions on what days I should go to what parks.

Your dates are winter break here. Everyone heads to Fla. I think no matter what...expect large crowds. They say Sunday is the least crowded.
