What is the best and cheapest TOWNCAR COMPANY

I am looking for the best and cheapest.
I was set on Tiffany but I just noticed the min 20% grat. that is not included in the price.
Do all the companies charge this much and make it a must?
I do not mind tipping but my goodness...
What if I get a bad driver?
What is the best you found?

Rent a car instead. Pricing is close to the same as a town car round trip with the tips if you shop around for deals.

We have been extremely pleased with Quicksilver. That provided outstanding service. We're using them again in 2 weeks.

As far as gratuities, I have a big problem with a company telling me a have to tip 20%, or anything for that matter. Tiffany is the only one I have seen that requires this. As far as I'm concerned, tipping is my decision. for that reason alone, I would never use Tiffany.

I am a very good tipper(15%-20%), however, it is my decision.

I have always used Tiffany, and will continue to do so. 20%, on the rate of 95.00, is only $19.00. $10 each way is pretty standard. I NEVER tip less than that, Usually more.
If my service was bad, I would call and complain to the office. After all they are the ones who can, and will do something about it.
