What is the base rate for rooms with AP your getting?

I need a mod and I was wondering what the room rate with the AP codes is coming out to be before or after tax?

I called yesterday for Coronado, and it was $139.75 before tax for a king room. Other mods would have been $120.25 pre tax. I ended up booking Wilderness Lodge for $192. Sorry I don't have w/ tax figures.
