What is the average % off for Bath and Body gift cards?

For those of you that buy discounted gift cards for Bath and Body Works, what is generally a good deal for you? I like 10% but have noticed that those cards seem few and far between. Right now, Gift Card Zen has some for 7% off, so I wonder if this was the norm in the percent off, or could the norm be lower or higher?
