What is the average life expectancy?

Isn't it around 76-77 for men and about 80 for women?

that is except for my MIL. That witch will no doubt live to be 125 just to torment me and DH.

(everytime she opens her mouth I think, she's 78 now how much longer can she possibly go? )

Somewhere in the neighborhood of 75 for men and 79 for women. Not exact numbers, but avg. life expectancy in the US is now 77.4
