what is the 800 for disney reservations?deleted email do you think....?

I first need the 800 reservation number in order to ask them if I have a pin/email attached to my name. I received an email awhile back and never thought that I would use it. Now I am thinking about it. Do you think they have you on file if an email was sent? Thanks for any help
