what is that hotel name w/ ice exhibit?

We just got back in December and was wondering what the name of the hotel was that had the ice exhibit in it. My friend wants to go see it and I had a "senior moment" and couldn't remember the name of the hotel/convention center. Search is disabled, so I can't look it up here. Anyone know?

It's the Gaylord Palms and it's really close to the Wide World of Sports/Pop Century area.
